ALL Sales Are Final
Here at Kimberly Monae Luxury Hair Extensions we take pride in our high quality hair extensions. We try to provide each one of our customers with exceptional service. If a return is necessary. You must contact us by email at Kimberlymonaeluxuryhair@gmail.com to notify us of your return and the reason why within 1 day of receiving our product. We will respond and provide you with the shipping address within 24 hours. The entire return process must be completed within 7 days from the time you receive our product. Our product must be in the original packaging. Our Bubble pack mailer seal cannot be broken or tampered with. If seal has been broken our hair cannot be returned. Hair cannot be brushed, comb, shampooed, or unraveled. We will not accept it. If our product is in it's original condition and returned within the allotted time frame you will receive a store credit for the price you paid for your item minus the shipping fee. If your item was on sale at the time you brought it you will receive the sale price. When mailing your item back we highly advise you get a tracking number and receipt because Kimberly Monae Luxury Hair Extensions, LLC is not responsible for lost packages.
Once you place your order you have a 2 hour window where you can make changes to your order. You can email kimberlymonaeluxuryhair@gmail.com with those changes. After 2 hours we no longer will accept any changes to your order.
